Victory Outreach provides assistance to individuals whose lives have been disrupted by drugs and alcohol abuse. We are a faith-based program that relies on biblical guidance, prayer, bible studies, and an atmosphere of God’s love to affect change in a person's life. Our program requires a minimum of a one year commitment.
